Cleaning homes in Novi
Novi sits about 20 miles northwest of Detroit and has grown fast enough that much of its housing stock is newer than the families living in it. It holds the largest Japanese community of any municipality in Michigan, and a good share of households here are dual-income and time-poor rather than short of space.
Large newer homes with open plans look easy and are not. Open stairwells, high windows and long uninterrupted floors take longer than the square footage suggests, and a household juggling two commutes usually wants a fixed recurring slot rather than a one-off deep clean.

Questions about cleaning in Novi
Do you do recurring cleans in Novi?
Yes, and it is most of what we do here. Weekly, fortnightly and monthly slots, with the same team wherever we can manage it.
Can you handle a large open-plan house?
Yes. We price on time and on what the rooms actually need rather than on floor area alone, because an open plan with high glass is not the same job as the same footage in closed rooms.
