Are you bonded and insured?
Yes. Pro Maids is fully bonded and insured. That protects your home and your belongings while our team is working in it, and it is one of the first things any cleaning company should be able to tell you plainly.
How often should I schedule a cleaning?
Most homes settle into a weekly or bi-weekly rhythm. Weekly suits busy households, larger homes, and homes with pets or children. Many clients begin with a deep clean, then move onto a regular schedule from there.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Our team arrives with everything needed for the visit, so there is nothing for you to buy or store. If you would prefer we use a particular product in your home, tell us when you book and we will work with it.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. Many clients are at work while we clean. We arrange access with you in advance and treat your home exactly as we would if you were standing in it.
