Cleaning homes in Linden
Linden is a small Genesee County city on the Shiawassee River, just south of the Flint metro and inside the Fenton urban area. Its centre is the Mill Pond and the 1850 Linden Mill, billed as the oldest building in the county and now holding a library branch and a museum. The compact historic district keeps the town walkable.
Riverside and pond-side houses take on damp in a way inland homes do not, and that shows up as mustiness in basements and lower rooms rather than as visible dirt. It is worth treating those rooms as their own job rather than as an afterthought at the end of a visit.

Questions about cleaning in Linden
Our basement smells damp. Can you help?
We can clean it properly, which often helps a great deal. If the cause is standing water or a failed seal, that is a job for a specialist and we will say so rather than keep cleaning around it.
Do you cover Linden as well as Fenton?
Yes, both. They sit in the same urban area and we run them together.
